Aequor is seeking a biomedical image analysis scientist to develop and optimize pipelines for 2D and 3D biomedical images. You will perform quantitative analyses on histology, IHC, IF, and multiplex imaging data.
You will collaborate with pathologists, biologists and data scientists to define endpoints, validate biomarkers, and ensure reproducible analyses for scientific reports.
Experience with HALO, Visiopharm, QuPath or Cell Profiler is preferred, with strong programming skills in Python or R.
