Job Type: Temporary/Part-Time (Hours vary; nights & weekends required)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Tear-Down Crew Members to support event breakdown operations in Ridgefield, CT. In this role, you will safely and efficiently dismantle event setups and restore venues to their original condition. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, teamwork, and fast‑paced environments.

• Dismantle event setups such as tables, chairs, stages, tents, signage, décor, and equipment

• Safely handle, pack, and prepare materials for storage or transport

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks or transport vehicles

• Collect trash and recyclables to maintain venue cleanliness

• Follow instructions from event managers or venue coordinators

• Ensure all rental items are accounted for and returned in good condition

• Report missing or damaged items to supervisors promptly

• Collaborate with team members to meet strict teardown timelines

• Follow all safety standards and venue regulations

• Experience in event setup/teardown, warehouse work, or general labor preferred (not required)

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs safely

• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and varying schedules

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a physical environment

• Fast‑paced and physically active

• Work may occur indoors or outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions

• Frequent lifting, bending, moving, and standing throughout the shift
