Overview

Global pharma company looking to hire experienced Filling Technician to join their growing team. Must bring a High School Diploma and 0-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

+ Perform filling and support production activities related to vaccine manufacturing.

+ Operate relevant department equipment in a manner consistent with requirements.

+ Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained and functional.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols.

+ Complete all documentation accurately and in compliance with standard procedures.

+ Demonstrate sound aseptic technique during operations.

+ Perform inventory transactions and monitor inventory levels.

+ Track and report Key Performance Indicators to aim for continuous improvement.

+ Communicate process needs, progress, and issues effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

+ Escalate events and concerns promptly to the supervisor.

+ Demonstrate commitment to HSE, Lean Principles, and company values in all tasks.

+ Carry out additional duties and projects as deemed appropriate within the scope of the role.

Requirements

+ 0-2 years experience.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; or B.S. degree preferred.

+ Ability to perform tasks within an automated vaccine filling environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and adherence to aseptic techniques.

+ Capable of maintaining accurate documentation.

+ Willingness to support a team environment and comply with safety standards.
