_Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical manufacturer focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. The company is looking for a Scientist II (Immunology) to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on cutting edge treatments and make a difference!_

** Fairfield County, CT
** Pay rate:** $40 and $42/hr.
** Job type:
** 2-year contract
** Responsibilities*
* + Apply and develop molecular biology methods to validate T cell targets
+ Design, execute, and troubleshoot laboratory experiments
+ Analyze experimental data and clearly communicate findings
+ Collaborate with oncology research team members to support projects and decisions
+ Learn and apply advanced lab technologies as needed
+ Prepare and deliver internal presentations and contribute to scientific publications
+ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment
+ Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
+ Maintain accurate and compliant laboratory records
** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology, Oncology, or a related scientific field
+ Strong understanding of molecular and cellular biology concepts
+ Hands-on experience with:
+ Aseptic cell culture
+ Immune cell isolation
+ ELISA / MSD / Alpha
LISA assays
+ RT-qPCR
+ Western blot
+
Experience with multi-color flow cytometry (preferred)
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Prism)
+ Ability to troubleshoot experiments and solve technical problems
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a research team
