- Hands-on experience designing and executing CRISPR assays, including guide design, delivery methods, selection, and validation of edited cells.
- Direct experience with NGS library preparation (not limited to data analysis).
- Practical experience with single-cell technologies, including sample preparation, library generation, and QC.
- Proficiency in standard molecular biology techniques such as qPCR, Western blotting, cloning, and gel electrophoresis.
- Strong cell culture skills, including maintenance of multiple cell lines and sterile technique.
- Ability to manage and perform multiple functional genomics experiments simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary, collaborative environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in functional genomics workflows.
- Experience with laboratory automation platforms and workflow optimization.
- Experience integrating multi-omic datasets.
