- Execute high-level lab work and design experimental studies for novel therapeutic modalities and delivery systems.
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory procedures, equipment maintenance, and method troubleshooting independently.
- Utilize traditional chromatography methods, including HPLC, alongside wet chemistry buffer and formulation preparations.
- Write detailed technical protocols, SOPs, and reports while maintaining continuous adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collect, interpret, and present scientific findings directly to project teams and departmental stakeholders.
- Oversee laboratory organization, reagent tracking, and routine maintenance of analytical instrumentation.
Required:
- Master's Degree with 4+ years or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant life sciences experience (No PhD candidates).
- Demonstrated hands‑on expertise in HPLC, plate assays, particle analysis, and wet chemistry preparation.
- Experience with sub‑micron particle sizing (DLS, Flow Cam) or NMR spectroscopy analysis.
- Background in biophysical testing, including DNA/RNA isolation, electrophoresis, and PCR.
