• Execute high-level laboratory testing and non-routine experiments for novel therapeutics, including peptides, oligonucleotides, and viral/non-viral delivery systems.
• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, field flow fractionation (FFF/AF4), and sub-micron particle analysis methodologies.
• Prepare wet chemistry solutions, complex mobile phases, and multi-component formulations independently.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and solve scientific problems to build product and process knowledge.
• Author protocols, SOPs, and technical reports while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and data integrity standards.
• Present scientific findings to cross-functional project teams and department meetings.

Required:

• Master's Degree with 4+ years of industry experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Proven experience with HPLC and traditional chromatography methods.
• Expertise in wet chemistry preparation (buffers, mobile phases, formulations).
• Demonstrated track record of laboratory experiment design, data evaluation, and technical reporting.

• Experience with plate assays, particle sizing (DLS, Flow Cam), NMR spectroscopy, or biophysical testing (PCR, electrophoresis).
