School Security Officer
Location: Ridgefield, CT
Pay Rate: $18.54 per hour
Start Date: Late August (aligned with school calendar)
Schedule- Follows school calendar (late August start)
- Hours aligned with school operations (specific schedule to be provided)
The Security Officer will help maintain a safe and secure environment for the school by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, preserving order while enforcing regulations, and providing customer service and information to employees and visitors as needed.
Qualifications- Valid Guard Card required
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous security or school experience preferred
- No experience necessary; retail, food service or hospitality background is a good fit
