Our client is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver to be the face of the company on the road — getting product safely and securely into dispensaries across New Jersey. If you're reliable behind the wheel and take pride in great customer service, this could be a great fit.

You’ll run daily delivery routes to storefronts across the designated New Jersey delivery area, making sure every order arrives safely, on time, and fully compliant with state cannabis regulations.

• Complete pre-trip and safety inspections before hitting the road
• Load and organize orders by stop for an efficient route
• Read and follow Metrc manifests and routing instructions
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, or equipment issues as they come up
• Adapt to shifting road conditions and last-minute dispensary requests
• Handle and report cash collections accurately per company policy
• Keep thorough, accurate delivery and route records
• Represent the company with professional, courteous customer service at every stop
• Follow all NJ CRC, DOT, and company safety regulations, and keep the delivery vehicle clean

• Proven experience as a delivery driver
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass all required state and company background screening requirements in accordance with New Jersey cannabis regulations.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any required New Jersey cannabis industry credentials or registrations.
• 21+
• Comfortable driving in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations)
