Pay: $27–$33/hour + Overtime

Fairfield County, CT (local travel, company vehicle provided)
Seasonal Full-Time (May–Nov) | Day and Night Shift
AboutThe Role
We’re growing fast and looking for a Crew Leader to help run striping operations across commercial parking lots in Southwest Connecticut.
This is a hands-on leadership role
—you’ll operate equipment, drive a company truck, and lead a small crew to deliver high-quality work on active job sites.

What You’ll Do- Lead and manage a small crew on job sites
- Operate striping and maintenance equipment
- Drive and maintain a company box truck
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
- Handle basic equipment maintenance and inspections
- Manage materials and truck inventory
- Train and support crew members
- Typical hours range: 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM
- 50+ hours/week during peak season
- Nights and weekend availability required
- Valid driver’s license (clean record required)
- Experience operating equipment or working in construction/outdoor environments
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading a team and making decisions on-site
- Commercial driving experience
- Striping, paving, or seal coating experience (Will train on the job.)
