Quality Engineering
The Manufacturing Compo under ensures accurate production and documentation of liquid compounds following strict industry standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include weighing and mixing raw materials, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, monitoring production processes, conducting quality control tests, recording production data, managing inventory, performing cleaning procedures, training new compounders, and adjusting duties as needed by location.
Responsibilities- Precisely weigh and mix raw materials according to formula specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to meet product specifications.
- Perform equipment setup and calibration for accurate production runs.
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure product integrity.
- Record production data for batch records and compliance reporting.
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and final products.
- Perform standard cleaning procedures based on work instructions.
- Assist in training and supporting new compounders.
- Some duties may vary slightly by location.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Chemical Technology or related field (Preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing (Preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment (Preferred)
- Attention to detail (High proficiency)
