Maintenance Mechanic

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, pneumatic components, conveyor systems, production machinery, and related equipment by following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components of plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and support continuous operations;
Locate sources of equipment problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for irregularities, and using precision measuring and testing instruments;
Build and wire control panels for machinery according to blueprints and electrical schematics when required;
Ensure proper operation of electrical and mechanical systems by performing safe, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with plant standards
