Compensation:
$51,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules for projects, subcontractors, and inspections
- Answer calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain project files, contracts, permits, and documentation
- Track materials, deliveries, and job progress updates
- Support office organization and administrative processes
- Help manage calendars, appointments, and internal communications
- Assist ownership and the project manager with daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, operations, or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
