WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a media associate at Mad Genius, you will support the media director across the full media lifecycle, helping plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, and out‑of‑home channels, while keeping creative assets, vendors, schedules, and budgets in perfect sync. You’ll coordinate media traffic and creative delivery, track campaign performance and broadcast accuracy, assist with organic and paid social efforts, and ensure billing and invoicing are accurate and on time.
Along the way, you’ll support client communications, reporting, and research, acting as a reliable connective tissue between media, creative, vendors, and accounting, basically making sure nothing slips through the cracks (or explodes on launch day).
- 3+ years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, media buying, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
- Familiarity with digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, programmatic, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with social media management tools (Hub Spot, Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Business Manager, etc. preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, clients, and deadlines simultaneously (experience with preferred)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills to support quick ad revisions and resizing
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design software (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar), Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards (any AI knowledge is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment
- Comfort working behind the scenes while supporting senior leadership
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn media strategy and buying best practices
- Client‑first mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
