Club at TCP LLC is seeking a friendly Pro Shop Front Desk Associate to deliver superior member and guest service during weekday evenings (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) with additional weekend shifts at the club in Ridgeland, MS.
You will greet members, answer phones, sign members into the PEAK system, assist with tennis sign-ups, update accounts, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area while coordinating with the Pro Shop Coordinator and Club management to resolve issues.
