Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members, resolving questions and coordinating transportation services. On-site at our Ridgeland, MS office, with shifts Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM CST.
Training, privacy, and data accuracy are emphasized as you support a 24/7 contact center. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 0–2 years in customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
