Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service

Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service,

communicate effectively with customers and team members, and help ensure a positive customer

experience.

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Process orders, payments, returns, or service requests as needed
• Enter and maintain customer information and records
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and management
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM or customer management systems
• Previous call center, retail, office, or administrative experience
