Web Designer

As a Web Designer, you’ll craft intuitive, elegant interfaces across web and mobile experiences, turning bold ideas into scalable, component-based systems. With Figma at your fingertips and users at the center of every decision, you’ll design responsive, accessible experiences where accessibility is a baseline, not an afterthought.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, think in breakpoints, follow style guides with precision, and occasionally enhance interactions with thoughtful motion or subtle animation. Sharp design thinking, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for clean, effective interfaces will drive your work from concept to execution.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience crafting user interfaces for web or mobile applications
• Experience in Figma for wire framing, prototyping, and maintaining design systems
• Experience designing for CMS-based environments (e.g., Word Press, Statamic, Craft)
• Proficient in mapping user flows, building low-to-high fidelity prototypes, and design documentation
• Basic understanding of Git
• Proficient in HTML5, semantic markup, and modern CSS3 techniques
• Deep understanding of responsive layout, including flexbox, grid, and fluid type scales
• Experience working with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks
