Wesley Biblical Seminary is accepting applications beginning Sept 1, 2024 for Adjunct Faculty. Successful appointees will be expected to teach and develop courses as assigned, potentially across all academic programs. Course development shall conform to institutional guidelines, and course facilitation shall commence across WBS’s polysynchronous platform.
Requirements- A terminal degree in disciplines related to biblical, theological, and pastoral studies, but ABD candidates or a M.Div or M.A. with substantial teaching experience may be considered.
- Subscription to the institution’s Statement of Faith and Ethos Statement
- A commitment to the tenets of the Wesleyan Holiness tradition, including an emphasis upon sanctification
- An ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Ministry experience, with a preference for activity in church leadership
- Ability to teach in Spanish
- Ability to teach courses in practical theology
- Experience in the Global Methodist Church
