Director of English Learner Services

The Director of English Learner Services provides strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for Bailey Education Group’s EL services. You will help Lead, manage, and strategically grow Bailey Education Group’s English Learner (EL) Services across a national market, ensuring consistent, high‑quality services while identifying opportunities for expansion across existing and emerging markets.

• Lead and Manage the English Learner Services content, program offerings, and coach training model for Bailey Education Group.
• Lead EL content development and codify a consistent EL training/services model.
• Identify and recruit qualified EL coaches aligned to current and forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with State Directors to surface English Learner opportunities and projects.
• Lead training and professional learning for instructional and leadership coaches on effective EL practices.
