We are hiring a PCRF/PCC Engineer, location Ridgeland, MS (onsite only). Required Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field OR equivalent years of professional experience required. At least 5 years of professional wireless telecom experience required. Experience working with Call flow in VoLTE and Data Policy Management and Administration, IMS, SIP and SS7 protocols required. Experience in Network Function Virtualization (NFV), VMware required (technologies for modern telecom, cloud computing).
Wireless service provider experience required. System level knowledge and hands on experience dealing with two or more of the following areas required: LTE (EPC)/4G/5G packet data core Policy / Charging and QoS enforcement in packet data networks. IMS networks and services including RCS or VoLTE. Billing and DB administration Data Center Operations and Network Routing Strong Knowledge on deployment, integration, testing process, test strategy and test plans.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively required.
