Role DescriptionThis full-time on-site role, based in Ridgeland, MS, is for a Client Services Advisor. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing client inquiries, and managing customer accounts. The role requires active communication and building strong relationships with clients to support their financial goals. The advisor will also assist in ensuring a high level of client engagement and proactively support the overall client experience.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service, Client Services, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solving abilities
- Familiarity with financial or wealth management services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant office and customer management software
