Business Process Manager

Overview

At Sledge&Company, we are looking to hire a Business Process Manager.

The role involves coordinating and optimizing new business relationships, and understanding what is needed to support these clients. You will be communicating with our leaders and clients on a daily basis, ensuring the details in the "new business" end of our enterprise are covered. You will handle New Business Applications and Documents for Risk Management and Investments, and you will be accountable for ensuring the process is handled smoothly and that clients feel taken care of.

You will also manage the "new business" process and some special projects through to completion, working with various insurance and financial companies alongside the client. You will collaborate with insurance underwriters, investment companies, and the clients and team at Sledge&Company to see the new business process through to completion.

You'll be responsible for ensuring all parties involved are aligned to meet deadlines in a timely and well-coordinated fashion.

This is an important role for a "can-do", task-oriented person with experience in the business world. A strong emphasis on follow-through, task completion, and heavy communication is required.
