Merchandiser# Merchandiser Ridgeland - Ridgeland, MS 39157## Description The Merchandiser is responsible for maximizing Anheuser Busch  brand visibility, product availability, and in store execution across assigned retail accounts. This position ensures the effective use of point of sale (POS) materials, promotional displays, and cooler placement to drive sales performance and enhance the customer experience. This role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and consistent execution of merchandising standards while identifying opportunities to improve retail presence and sales outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities  
• Install, maintain, and replace permanent POS materials in assigned accounts  
• Ensure all POS materials are clean, functional, and positioned for maximum visibility  
• Execute placement and regular updates of promotional and paper POS materials  
• Ensure accurate pricing is displayed on applicable materials  
• Design, build, and maintain promotional displays to support sales initiatives  
• Maintain displays to ensure they are fully stocked, properly faced, and visually appealing  
• Collaborate with retail partners to optimize shelf space and cooler placement  
• Maintain product availability through stocking, rotation, and merchandising best practices  
• Execute assigned route schedules and ensure full account coverage  
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance  
• Accurately complete daily reports, call logs, and required documentation  
• Maintain organized records of POS placements and merchandising activities## Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required  
• Previous experience in retail merchandising, sales support, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities  
• Proactive and able to work independently  
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods  
• Frequent use of hands and arms to handle, position, and move products and POS materials  
• Ability to push and pull carts, pallets, or product loads as needed  
• Ability to work in varying retail environments, including coolers and refrigerated areas  
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
