Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Transport and set up tools, materials, and equipment at job sites. Help in the assembly and installation of HVAC components such as ducts, pipes, and wiring. Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe by following safety protocols and procedures.

Assist in diagnosing issues with HVAC systems and reporting findings to senior technicians. Learn and adhere to industry standards and local building codes. Provide support in testing HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about project progress and needs. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

** HVAC certification is a plus**

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced technicians. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
