Job Overview

As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company‑provided vehicle. Your role supports the pharmacy team by ensuring medication needs are met, regulatory compliance is maintained, and patient confidentiality is protected.

• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products, and/or supplies into long‑term care facilities or patients’ homes.
• Ensure compliance with all training assigned by Omnicare/CVS and its partners.
• Load products and materials for each route.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance issues to management.
• Comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
• Maintain highest professional and ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance to safeguard patient confidentiality.

• High School Diploma or GED required. Verifiable education must be documented.
• Current, valid driver’s license at the level required for the vehicle’s operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods and operate a company‑provided vehicle.
• Geographic knowledge of the service area.
• Prior experience in the long‑term care industry preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• No professional driving experience required; experience as a limo, taxi, bus driver, courier, or gig‑economy worker is encouraged.

Part‑time position requiring an average of 20 hours per week. Shift schedules include nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Employees use a company‑provided vehicle and are responsible for its upkeep.

Hourly rate in the range of $16.00 to $23.56, depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Pay is issued on a monthly basis starting the first day following employment.
