Warehouse Associate / Yard Driver

Manpower is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Yard Driver for a busy distribution facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors and indoors, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Transport and position trailers throughout the yard using a yard truck or spotting vehicle
• Assist with warehouse operations including order selection, product movement, and material organization
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and yard areas
• Sort, stack, and manage reusable materials and packaging components
• Support shipping and receiving activities as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a productive team environment

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or yard driving experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift

• Consistent first-shift schedule
