Overview
Assistant Controller – Real Estate & Multi-Entity Operations
A growing, diversified organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations across a multi-entity structure, including real estate investments, property management and development activities.
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXP
$120-150K DOE + Performance bonus

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Post and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and intercompany balances
- Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance
- Oversee rent rolls, tenant billings, and CAM reconciliations
- Review AP/AR and security deposit activity
- Reconcile property system data to the general ledger
- Track capital expenditures, CIP, and asset capitalization
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, and lender reporting
- Real estate accounting experience required
