Job Description & How to Apply Below

Job Title:

Sr Client Partner

Location:

Ridgewood, NJ (hybrid work, 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead targeted executive and operational conversations to uncover measurable business pain, including bottlenecks, rework, manual effort, compliance risk, fraud leakage, bonus-linked KPIs, and opportunity cost.
  • Ask commercially grounded questions such as: “What is this costing you today?”, “Where is your biggest inefficiency?”, “Which process impacts your bonus or P&L?”, and “How much manual effort, risk, or rework is involved?”
  • Translate identified pain into quantifiable business impact—FTE hours saved, hard‑dollar value, risk reduction, speed‑to‑revenue gains, and opportunity‑cost avoidance—within days, not weeks.
  • Rapidly produce a prioritized Value Index (3–5 high‑ROI opportunities) using internal tools, calculators, and structured frameworks through free validations or focused paid workshops.
  • Avoid lengthy consultant‑style process mapping; rely on sharp, question‑driven discovery focused on economic outcomes.
  • Confidently recommend against low‑ROI, poorly scoped, or hype‑driven GenAI initiatives, using math and data to support decisions and build long‑term credibility.
  • Identify and prioritize entry‑point use cases deliverable within 30–100 days that generate a minimum 2× ROI, leveraging applicable ROI guarantees.
  • Structure engagements for speed and proof: free validation >
Value Index workshop > rapid pilot > measurable production win.
  • Ensure every engagement ties directly to hard financial outcomes—cost reduction, risk mitigation, revenue enablement, or opportunity‑cost avoidance.
  • Convert one successful use case into multiple high‑ROI opportunities within the same enterprise and build multi‑year automation roadmaps based on proven value.
  • Proactively identify adjacent processes and expansion opportunities once trust and insight are established.
  • Own revenue growth within assigned accounts through trusted‑advisor cross‑sell and upsell, not feature‑led or transactional selling.
  • Engage confidently with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and business unit leaders, translating complex automation into clear business language tied to P&L impact, budgets, risk, and growth priorities.
  • Balance the role of trusted advisor and revenue driver, comfortably discussing profitability and expansion while protecting client interests.
  • Ensure no proposal is released without clearly documented and validated ROI, including both hard savings and upside potential.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years client‑facing experience in program management, client partnership, engagement leadership, management consulting, or strategic advisory roles (consulting, IT services, AI/digital transformation, or SaaS).
  • Proven track record of end-to-end value realization for complex enterprise initiatives (AI, automation, modernization), including governance, risk management, and early go/redesign/stop decisions when ROI thresholds are not met.
  • Hands‑on expertise building upfront business cases, ROI models, break‑even analyses, payback calculations, and sensitivity scenarios
—with the authority to enforce value thresholds.
  • Demonstrated success in account expansion and revenue growth through trusted advisory relationships (identifying repeatable high‑ROI use cases and scaling them across functions).
  • Deep command of process excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) to diagnose root causes and eliminate waste before applying automation.
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets/KPIs and proactively driving expansion while remaining a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent financial acumen: bottom‑up effort estimation, cost/capacity modeling, margin protection, scalability analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Engineering, or related); MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with a decisive, math‑backed, long‑term partnership mindset.
