Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Manager to lead ground‑up and major renovation projects from pre‑construction through completion. This role owns schedules, budgets, contractor coordination, lender reporting, and overall project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Own construction schedules, budgets, and critical path timelines
- Manage general contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
- Review pay applications, requisitions, change orders, and draw packages
- Coordinate lender and investor reporting
- Lead weekly construction meetings and provide concise status updates
- Identify risks, delays, or cost issues and drive solutions
- 5+ years of real estate development or construction project management experience
- Proven success delivering ground‑up or major renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, budgeting, and cost controls
- Experience with lender draws and third‑party reporting
- Ability to travel to active construction sites
- Multifamily, mixed‑use, or affordable housing experience
- Exposure to public or subsidized financing (LIHTC or agency financing a plus)
