We are seeking an experienced Wireless Construction Manager to oversee and manage wireless infrastructure construction projects throughout the NY & NJ market. This role is responsible for ensuring all field activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with carrier and customer standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in cell site construction, vendor management, and site-level execution across rooftop, towers, raw land, and small cell deployments.

• On-site supervision. Manage day-to-day execution of wireless construction projects in the NY Metro market
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Ensure construction work complies with carrier standards (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) and local code requirements
• Coordinate schedules, materials, site access, inspections, and closeout documentation
• Conduct site walks, progress inspections, and safety audits
• Track progress and report project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
• Support permit compliance and coordinate with municipalities, landlords, and property managers
• Ensure proper completion of closeout packages, including as-builts, photos, and turnover documentation
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively (RF interference, access restrictions, structural limitations, etc.)
• Maintain strong communication with internal PMs, engineers, and customers

• 5+ years experience in wireless construction management (macro, mods, colocation, upgrades & raw land)
• Strong understanding of telecom construction workflows: antenna/line, civil, structural, electrical, and fiber integration
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of NYC DOB, local permitting processes, and union environments is a plus
• Familiarity with carrier standards and construction documentation requirements
  
  Ability to interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and scopes of work
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and project tracking tools

• Working experience in New York City / New Jersey
• Prior experience with OEMs and vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung)
• Experience with GC management and construction closeouts
