Responsibilities include creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children, implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, communicating effectively with children, parents, and staff, participating in ongoing professional development, and supporting children's individual learning needs and encouraging their social and emotional growth.
Qualifications include strong classroom management and communication skills, a passion for nurturing and educating young children, and a 2-year degree in early childhood or related field.
Salary range is $20.00 - $24.00 an hour based on experience and education. Shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
