The Regional Education Coach supports multiple Primrose School locations by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education. This role partners with school leadership and teaching staff to implement curriculum, drive instructional excellence, and maintain compliance with Primrose standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to teachers and school leadership across assigned locations
• Ensuring effective implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
• Conducting classroom observations and providing constructive feedback to improve instructional practices
• Supporting schools in maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and company standards
• Assisting with onboarding and professional development of new teachers
• Analyzing school performance data and creating action plans to improve educational outcomes
• Collaborating with leadership teams to enhance classroom environments and student engagement
• Traveling between assigned school locations as needed

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education
• Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and classroom management strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region

Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000, based on level of education and relevant experience.

We offer flexible shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
