Are you ready to accelerate your career in investment banking? DAK is seeking a high-performing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership, think strategically, and drive excellence across every facet of the deal process.

As an Analyst, you'll serve as a team member on active engagements—supporting Managing Directors, VPs, and Associates with critical responsibilities across pitch development, financial modeling, deal execution, and client communications.

You will:

• Own financial models, valuation analysis, and transaction materials from the ground up
• Lead diligence and content development for pitchbooks, CIMs, and buyer lists
• Manage day-to-day execution logistics and client deliverables
• Be a key point of contact for clients, buyers, and counter parties throughout the process
• Demonstrate initiative, precision, and creativity under pressure
• Mentor interns and contribute to team culture and deal success

• 1–2 years of investment banking or related experience
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, with deep Analysis, Valuation, & Modeling skills
• Strong grasp of corporate finance, accounting, and M&A process
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to advance to the Associate level
