Duties include field inspections to ensure compliance with local ordinance and NJ UCC.
Applicant must possess a current, valid Building HHS license as well as a valid NJ driver's license. Other technical licenses preferred.
Related duties include assisting residents and contractors at the counter as needed, answering phone calls and questions, and filing paperwork. Must be computer literate, with knowledge of Spatial Data Logic preferred.
Salary range $28.63 - $48.27/hour.
