• Provide every guest with a soothing, luxurious, personalized Aura experience.
• Perform all head spa services with consistency, confidence, and professionalism.
• Complete services including scalp & hair cleansing, exfoliation, shampooing, conditioning, hydration, steaming, massage, aromatherapy, and Aura signature techniques.
• Evaluate scalp and hair conditions and offer tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on the benefits of ongoing scalp care and regular visits.

To thrive as an Aura Head Spa Specialist, you will be expected to consistently deliver strong performance in the following areas:

• Rebooking Guests:
  Encouraging clients to schedule their next visit before they leave.

  Educating guests about scalp and hair products that support client goals. Selling guest products to benefit them between Aura Head Spa Treatments.
• Enhancement Add-Ons:
  Must give all guests a consultation to suggest an add on during the service.
• Membership Promotion:
  Introducing clients to the Aura Club membership and its perks.

• 6+ months spa, salon, or luxury service experience
• Strong hospitality and client service skills
• Experience in massage, esthetics, or scalp care is a plus

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be available full days + weekends
