Pay Rate: Up to $22/hour + Generous Incentive Bonus
Our Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team!
Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the master schedule for all nursing staff.
- Accurately report labor hours daily.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs.
Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of staffing coordinator experience in a nursing home setting is required.
- Strong understanding of scheduling systems and staffing regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
