Project Overview

Merger & Acquisition project involving Ridgefield, NJ site transition to SAP ECC rollout on PSG instance. The role focuses on Integration Testing, UAT, Data Validation, and Go-Live support activities.

• Integration Testing
  • Prepare and validate all business process scenarios for test development
  • Develop detailed test scenarios and test scripts
  • Execute test scenarios and provide execution support
  • Support test data creation required for scenario execution
• UAT
  • Prepare and validate UAT business process scenarios
  • Develop detailed UAT test scenarios and scripts in collaboration with Business SMEs
  • Execute UAT test cases and support SMEs during execution
  • Provide training and execution support to SMEs and end users as required
• Security Testing
  • Gather and validate required system access for business users
  • Review and test SAP security roles aligned with business functions
  • Validate user IDs for correct role-based access
• Data Support
  • Review data readiness for load activities
  • Support data cleansing and mapping rules
  • Validate loaded data post-migration
• Training & Go-Live Support
  • Support user readiness activities
  • Assist with training documentation
  • Support SMEs with SOP updates
  • Support business process flows during Go-Live
  • Support cutover preparation activities
  • Provide post Go-Live SME support
  • Assist with system stabilization during Hypercare phase

• Strong experience with SAP ECC testing
• Hands-on experience across SAP modules: MM, OM, PP, WM, Serialization
• Experience in Integration Testing and UAT
• Knowledge of data validation, security testing, and SAP roles
• Experience in Pharma domain and GMP environment (preferred)
• Strong coordination skills with Business SMEs and cross-functional teams
