** Responsibilities
* ** Studio cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of exercise equipment (bikes, weights), floors and mirrors
* Common area cleaning, including bathrooms, lockers, front desk, offices and hallways
* Ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools .
* General building maintenance inside and outside
* Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
* Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
* Follow housekeeping schedule
* Landscaping* Use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
* Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
* Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
* Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
* Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
* Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs
* Sometimes subject to external weather conditions
* Engage in repair activities when needed
* uphold the cleaning standards set forth in the operating procedure manual
** Requirements
* ** Must be able to work evenings and hours after close
* Must have experience as a custodian, janitor or similar role
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Excellent cleaning skills - Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
* Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
* Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices
* Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load; and
* Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, self-motivated, creative and innovative
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs;
* Must be able to sustain physical work for 8 hours per day including standing, reaching and pulling
* Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
