, sees problems before they become problems
, and takes ownership from start to finish
. You'll oversee transactions, listings, systems, marketing, CRM, vendors, and support staff, giving the lead agents the freedom to stay focused on clients, relationships, and sales.
Compensation and Benefits:
$70,000-$85,000 yearly base salary
