• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Manage and report on activity during review meetings with management
• Sell consumables and accessories to existing and new customers, exploring new opportunities with competitive accounts
• Respond to customer concerns and help resolve issues by directing them to the appropriate resources

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
• Proven account management experience and ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Strong presentation and listening skills
• Ability to effectively handle competing priorities between Territory Managers, customers, and leadership
