Membership Sales Consultant

Fitometry Health Club is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a premium fitness club focused on helping members achieve better outcomes through personalized guidance, fitness, training, recovery, technology, and accountability.

• Responding quickly to new leads and inquiries
• Conducting outbound calls, texts, and consistent follow-up
• Asking thoughtful questions to uncover goals, challenges, and motivations
• Conducting personalized club tours
• Presenting Fitometry solutions based on each prospect's needs
• Confidently asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Managing appointments, follow-up, and pipeline activity in our CRM
• Achieving individual sales and activity goals

Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in fitness, hospitality, luxury services, personal training, real estate, or other consultative sales environments is a plus. Fitness industry experience is not required. Sales ability, communication skills, curiosity, work ethic, and coachability matter most.

Fitometry isn't a traditional gym, and we're not looking for a traditional gym salesperson. We want someone who can understand what a prospect needs, communicate our value, and help them confidently take the next step. Total Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission+ Bonus
