Bilingual (English/Spanish) or conversational language abilities preferred.

Essential Duties

• Teaching course load as assigned.
• Teaching classes as assigned by designated supervisor.
• Preparing appropriate lesson plans for each course in accordance with approved course outcomes.
• Developing a relationship with students & staff that is professional and encourages teacher/student communication.
• Assisting in the recruitment of students, as appropriate.
• Assisting in the evaluation of curriculum and instructional performance, when agreed upon and as appropriate.
• Representing the college in a professional manner throughout the communities and college district by promoting a positive public image.
• Completing all required annual CMC training courses. Ex. Title IX, Digital Accessibility, and Data Security and Privacy.
• Other duties as assigned.
