• Oversee daily operations of the Nutritional Services Department at Care Center.
• Ensure nutritional care for residents, patients, staff, and visitors.
• Manage department budget, staff schedules, and approve time cards via Kronos.
• Handle ordering supplies, inventory control, and menu development.
• Be responsible for staff training, supervision, and conducting monthly meetings.
• Train staff on state survey compliance and collaborate with other departments and leadership.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to departmental improvements and projects.
• Perform various additional tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; secondary education in culinary arts preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Certification from an ANSI accredited program within one month of hire.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience preferred, ideally in a similar role.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Managerial experience preferred.

Our total rewards package includes

• Pay Range: $26.21 - $30.17/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
