Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare, Colorado
Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services to veterans in Colorado.
Ideal Candidates- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients
- Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures
- Graduate of a state‑approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
- New graduates welcome
- Current CPR certification and TB test
- Create the schedule you want to work
- Rewarding one‑on‑one work with patients in the comfort of their homes

Standard Rate: $42.00 – $44.50 hourly.
