Position Title

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Spine/Internal Medicine – Rio Blanco County, CO

• Provide comprehensive patient care in clinic and surgical settings, including pre‑operative and post‑operative management.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Manage hospitalist responsibilities as needed, ensuring continuity of care for inpatient and outpatient populations.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in a spine, orthopedic, or surgical environment, with demonstrated hospitalist management experience.
• Strong clinical competency and ability to handle complex patient cases in a fast‑paced setting.

• Competitive hourly rate: $46 – $65 per hour.
