- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support residents’ physical and emotional needs with compassion and professionalism
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience, LTC/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
