Job Summary
Serves alcoholic, nonalcoholic beverages, snacks and food to Ute Events Center guests in a professional, responsible manner and ensures they have a great experience when attending an event at the Ute. Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. Provides guests with responsible alcohol service while delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience And Training- Minimum Education:
None required;
High Scholl Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Preferred valid Colorado Driver License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. If no driver's license, it is required to have reliable transportation to arrive at work on-time according to established schedule. Ability to pass a background check and MVR if possesses a driver license with results that are acceptable to the City of Rifle. Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
Training in Responsible Serving of Alcohol as described in Rifle Municipal Code, or ability to obtain such training at the first opportunity offered in Rifle. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Work Experience in Positions Similar or Related to This Job:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the service industry is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
This is a part‑time position with no benefits. The wage for this position is $16.67‑$19.17 (plus tips), depending on experience and qualifications. This position is open until 5:00 PM on Monday, December 29th.
