Service & Sales Representative (Route-Based) – Carbondale, Co
Auto-Chlor System has been serving the commercial food service industry for over 85 years, and we’re hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Carbondale team.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing, route‑based role supporting restaurants, kitchens, and commercial facilities. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
After paid training, you’ll manage a set customer route using a company vehicle. Your day includes:
- Visiting customers face‑to‑face and professionally representing Auto‑Chlor
- Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers our customers lease from us
- Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues (training provided)
- Upselling products and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

What You’ll Get
- 1st year earnings: $65,000–$75,000 annually
- Base: $27-$30/hr. with guaranteed overtime & on‑call pay
- Monday–Friday schedule, usual hours 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime

Requirements
- Hold a valid driver’s license for 3 years
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Mechanical aptitude (training provided)
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism
- Reliability and interest in a long‑term career
