• Competitive pay: $30-$55 (hourly + performance bonuses)
• Full-time schedule:
  Tuesday-Saturday, 40-50 hours/week
• On-call rotation with advanced scheduling

• Lead residential HVAC installations (heating, cooling, and ventilation systems)
• Ensure installations meet all local codes and manufacturer specifications
• Guide and train apprentices or junior installers on best practices
• Perform system start-ups and verify performance
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with customers and answer questions about their new systems
• Work closely with the install coordinator and warehouse team to keep projects on schedule

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead-level preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with hydronic systems is a plus, but not required
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• A commitment to doing clean, efficient, and code-compliant work
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

• Current EPA Certification
